I recently suffered knee injury which prompted me to visit your clinic. Upon my arrival as a first time patient, the staff met and greeted me immediately with friendly professionalism. I could tell I had chosen the right urgent care clinic. The check-in process, x-ray, and the actual procedure of draining fluid from my knee were handled with the upmost professionalism and care.

I spent 20 years in the United States Air Force and was a Hospital Administrator for a number of years, which means I had lots of contact with physicians and support staff. Your patient interaction and bedside manner was the best I have ever experienced. Your calmness made the fluid extraction much easier for me as a patient, and your tone of voice was perfect for a painful and personally stressful situation.
