Do you accept my insurance?
Impact Urgent Care is a participating provider with all major insurance plans. In the rare event that we do not participate directly with your insurance plan, we can submit a claim on your behalf.
What do I need to bring with me when I come to Impact Urgent Care?
Please bring your most recent insurance card, driver's license or photo ID and any important medical information. Please be sure to let our staff know of ANY allergies, current medications and your medical history.
What are your payment policies and what payment methods do you accept?
Patient portion is due at time of service. Impact Urgent Care will submit a claim to your insurance company. We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
