Q: What kind of patients do we see?
A: All adults and children are welcome. We treat medical conditions which need prompt care, but are not life-threatening.
Q: Who will care for me?
A: We are staffed with licensed physicians, nurses, paramedics, medical assistants and x-ray technologists that have many years of emergency medicine and family practice experience.
Q: What is Web Check-In?
A: Web Check-In is an online tool to save you time and energy. You can register from the comfort of your home or office. This process will make your total visit much shorter.
Q: How long will I have to wait?
A: Our goal is to care for you immediately. Your time is our priority! We will do our very best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
Q: Is it more affordable than an emergency department visit?
A: Yes!
Q: Do you take insurance and what forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept most private insurance plans including Medicare. We also accept cash, and credit cards.
Q: How much does it cost if I don't have insurance?
A: Fees vary based on the complexity of your treatment, but we offer a healthy discount to our cash paying clients.
Q: Do you do medication refills?
A: . Request for refills must be accompanied by an office visit and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Q: Do you provide x-ray and labs?
A: Yes. For the convenience of our patients, our office offers x-ray and lab facilities.
Q: How long is the wait to see a doctor?
A: Caring for you is our only care. Our doctors are committed to seeing you as quickly as possible.
Q: Do I need my Insurance ID card to be seen?
A: Absolutely not! However, for us to be able to verify your insurance we need your card. Without it we cannot bill your insurance.
Q: Can I walk in?
A: Yes, we are a walk-in clinic. This enables our patients to be seen at their convenience.
Q: When is Impact Urgent Care not right for me?
A: If you feel that your condition is life-threatening you need to be seen in a regular Emergency Room as soon as possible. Please see our services page for more details about what we can and cannot treat.
